PRIVATE LESSONS

Goaltending is a mix of many elements.  Angles, square positioning, conditioning and raw instinct are vital.  Whether you are a young player who wants to play at a higher level, a recreational goalie looking to gain an edge, or a professional bound goalie looking to make it, we have programs that cater to your individual skill level and desired goals.  This process begins with an interview that assesses your goals and expectations, current skill levels and target areas for instruction.  Each private lesson is unique to the player and can address:

-- On-Ice Instruction
-- Dry land Training and Conditioning
-- Video Analysis
-- Mental preparation

-- Goalie Mentoring
